Flex-Appeal Gym has a variety of workout equipment to meet all of the workout needs of their members. The equipment includes FreeMotion: Allows the user to define their own movement patterns based on their own needs and goals.
FreeMotion equipment can accommodate virtually any movement pattern with a wide range of motion performed by almost every body type. All of the cardio equipment is made by FreeMotion. This includes treadmills, elliptical, and stationary bikes.
CYBEX Modular Strength System: Allows a choice of over 20 different exercises at one modular station that can be configured to the needs of each individual user.
Icarian: Icarian strength machines provides a solid strength training foundation. These machines are the foundation of early workout experiences.
Hammer Strength: revolutionary plate loaded machines that are durable and easy to use.
