GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES

4Ever Young- Classes designed to increase and improve muscle tone, cardio, flexibility and balance.

An original barbell workout that strengthens your entire body. A one hour program that challenges all your major muscle groups. Great music and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for and fast.

Cycle - Attention Road Warriors! Cardio to the MAX. Climb your way to fitness in the ultimate cardio workout on the spin bike. (Ask for seat setting suggestion for comfort.) May add 15 minutes of Abs at the end of the class.

H.I.I.T.- Intervals of intense maximum effort exercise separated by intervals of low intensity exercise or rest. Burn up to nine times more fat than any other exercise. Increase oxygen uptake and gain lean muscle mass.

Jump Start -A fun cardio workout utilizing stations and incorporating strength training. This is a great way to burn calories and blast fat!

Kettlebell - KB's look like cannonballs with a handle and do they have an impact on the body. KB's are great for building core strength, balance, coordination and agility. You will swing, push and pull your way through this 45 minute class.

Kid Fit - CrossFit inspired program designed to improve health and fitness, teach athletic skill and build self esteem.

Latin inspired aerobic workout designed to be fun for kids ages 5-12. Cost $5 per child, $2 per adult. Classes are 45 minutes long.

Mind/Body- Centered on improving core strength, overall flexibility and balance. Classes focus on arts of yoga, pilates, tai chi, meditation or a combination of all influences.
